Every piece is printed and framed to order by our framing partner in the United States and shipped directly to you, tracked and insured. Shipping is free within the US. Orders typically arrive 7–12 business days after payment; we say "about ten days" because that is what it usually is.
We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and New Zealand. International orders may be subject to import duties, which are the recipient's responsibility. Framed pieces larger than 18 × 24 inches ship in a wooden crate and may take a few days longer.
You will receive an email with a tracking number the day your order ships.
Because each piece is made for you, we don't accept returns for a change of mind. We do stand fully behind the work:
Refunds, where applicable, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We never see or store your card number. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and shown before you pay.
We collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address to fulfil your order and to tell you where it is. We share the delivery details with our framing and shipping partner and nothing else. If you order, we'll send you a handful of emails about that order and — unless you unsubscribe — occasional news from the shop. We don't sell or rent your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@skogenhill.com.
